This fit as designed and was made of material you would expect from a costume. The wings don't look anything like the posting, and it is uncomfortable to keep them strapped to your fingers to "fan them out". This costume is okay, but not great. I bought it for Halloween, but it didn't last long. The cloth is thin and cheap, and the costume ripped after a few hours. I can't return it because I bought it too early. This is a mediocre Owlette costume, not a high quality one.

Like most of the reviews say, it is a little snug & thin. I usually wear a 10/12 but ordered the 12/14. The chest area was more snug and the bottom a little loose. The arms were a little tight but I do consider myself to have a "slight" athletic build. I am almost 5'5 and 180 lbs.
