My 3 year old HAD to be Elsa for Halloween and she wanted her 20 month old sister to be Anna. She also insisted that she get "Elsa's hair" to go with her costume. I was worried this would be too big since it wasn't labeled as being for toddlers but figured I would take the chance and I'm glad I did. It fits her perfectly. Now, this isn't a high-quality wig that will withstand years of dress-up or anything like that, but it will make a great addition to your child's Elsa costume if they are dressing up for Halloween. I will say, however, that if you are buying this for an older child you probably won't be happy with the fit as my 3 year old is very dainty and petite and it fit her perfectly. ... show more

Bought for 21 month old costume for Halloween. Agree with other reviews saying it's too small for an older child but it fits my toddler perfect. Agree also with others saying it's poorly made as the front of the wig has hair falling out from braid after trying on twice for not even a minute and being extra careful with it. It is also sparse on the top so I am going to have to put a bow on it. Overall, it's an ok wig for Halloween. What more can u ask for for the price? My daughter was a month away from turning 4 on Halloween 2013 and it fit her head just fine. Like some reviewers have said, it literally sits on top of their head- doesn't wrap around or cover their forehead. The picture of the little girl may be misleading since it looks like it goes over her forehead. Basically you have to use a lot of bobby pins but you can get it done. Also, come on- you're not paying top dollar for a lace-front or anything. It's for a kid's costume that they're going to wear one time (unless your kid likes wearing wigs for pretend play; then I would not recommend this). ... show more
