This bed is awful after it expands to its full potential which ironically occurs after several months. Way past the return window. Our neck and back is killing us. Beautiful bed, thick, need super deep pocket sheets but horrible on the back and neck. We are NOT satisfied

I'm so glad I bought this mattress, it's firm but not too much, it just feels right. No unpleasant smells like other mattress I bought in the past. I paid 4 times as much for my last mattress, so I was a little apprehensive because of the low price; but I'm glad I got it. The quality is amazing, now I'm just mad that I didn't get it before. I'm finally getting a full 8 hours of sleep, do yourself a favor and get this mattress, trust me you're gonna love it!

Product listing is not accurate. Paid extra for a 16 inch, and it’s only 14 inches and flimsy. The seller offers a 10 year warranty but does not include any contact information in the description, box or paper inside. Amazon did not have the sellers “24/7 warranty” contact information either.

Order it! You won’t be disappointed! The mattress expanded to its true size instantly! It is so comfortable . Me and my husband love it! The quality is amazing and firmness is just right! Week 3 and I can definitely say sleep has been great! Money well spent!

Crazy comfortable, contours to your body but still firm. Would not recommend for elderly or people with compromised balance. The best springs are quite springy and can launch you off the side.

I did not notice any smell. The mattress expanded to it's height of 16 inches. It's only been a week, but I am sleeping very well!
