The media could not be loaded. I read a LOT of negative reviews. Fortunately, I got what was pictured. Fit as was described (I have a loose fatty belly after 4 kids and poor eating). I do have a bit of muffin top. I’m 5’6” and weigh 200. I’m curvy and proportionate. These fit a bit tight, but I need to lose weight. I’m 100% losing 5lbs would make these fit better. The pocket everyone complained about is sewn shut to keep the shape. It takes a few minutes with a small fork to fit underneath the stitch to pull it up. 2 pieces of white thread are easily accessible. The pants are relaxed fit straight down, not “bell bottoms” like others received. That are tight to my knees and come straight down. The bottom half is not exaggerated wide as others described. The material is nice looking and about medium weight. Has a nice stretch. The back part does have a gap at my lower back, but it’s small enough that people won’t see down them. The pockets are oddly designed with a curve to the seam part of the pocket. That’s more than likely a design flaw that hasn’t been brought to the company’s attention. The length is perfect. Barefoot, they came to a little above the floor, which is perfect with a low heel, sneaker, or boot. As far as washing? Turn inside out, wash in cold, air dry and then iron. Do not place these in the dryer!! Do not wash them in warm or hot water. This cotton % will shrink and wrinkle easily. I tend to wash my work clothing in Woolite. It keeps the shape and color of the clothing. As far as the material and stitching, the stitching is fully intact. The material I can see wearing thin with my thighs rubbing together while walking in them. It’s the price to pay for having voluptuous thighs 😉 oh and these make my bum look amazing. Over all this purchase was excellent and I will be buying more of these. I will may up size on the black depending on the wear throughout the day/stretch and wash those with Woolite Darks. Highly recommended!!

I thought I would write a review because I know how difficult it can be to buy pants online. I, all my life, have been super skinny but hello mid 40's and some medication I have to take; when I went to put on cold weather pants, nothing fit ugh...so I ordered these since sometimes the world requires more than yoga pants. I have always found dickies to be great quality. So! I'm a little shy of 5'4 and about 130 lbs. They fit and the length for my height can take a heel or a flat. They were a little snug (pockets popped a bit) but that's not the pants fault! Walk Carrie...keep walking :) There was no gap on the waist and they have some stretch so they are forgiving. They are comfortable. I haven't washed them yet but until I shed a couple more pounds I might wash in cold and dry low since they have a lot of cotton. I bought 4 short.

I'm 5'6 and 175 lb and Amazon recommended the size 16 and i went with it. I did get one they're a bit loose but after I wash them first time they they fit around my waist. The pants legs are loose and roomy which are nice. I usually purchase cargo dickeys from their website and wear a size 12. Not sure what the jump is since these are so much looser than the cargo pants I purchase, so maybe they run small. I do like them though. Really comfortable work pants. Update: I still like the pants however the bottom hem came undone.

I got these thinking that they were going to be just right. I had purchased some before and they were the perfect fit for me. Well these are nice and tight at the waist just like I was expecting but once you get down to half the thigh the pants fabric just goes straight down. It's basically for someone who has a uniform thigh all the way down to the calf and ankle. There is no taper at the end of the pant leg which makes this super loose and not flattering at all. I'm 5' 8" and I got the regular and they were super long. I'm talking about 5 or 6 inches too long. I'm in need of some pants for tomorrow and I think I will just have to adjust these with my sewing machine tonight. A quick note the fabric is super light and a little bit stretchy which is why I'm willing to keep them and alter them myself.

It's so hard to find good quality dickies in stores these days (always find the juniors shiny crap) so when I searched on amazon I made sure I ordered a pair that I (hopefully) wouldn't have to return. As far as fit I ordered a size 4 and these were a little loose. At 5'5" and in flats the pant is just a tad too long but that is to be expected. The twill is comfortable and stretchy. I work in a sports bar restaurant so the first time wearing the pant I noticed that they were really high rise which made me look like a grandma with a polo shirt tucked in. The pockets also flared out as if they were too tight on me, however, upon closer review the pockets were sewn in a tulip or petal like shape thereby causing the top portion of the pocket to "stick out". The outer seam running down the pant leg on one side was not sewn straight as it is off by almost 2" towards the front from top to bottom. I noticed this when wearing them as I kept twisting the front panel of the leg forward before I realized it was a sewing defect. Overall I feel very disappointed with this purchase and although I have worn and washed it I am hoping I can still return it as these things would not have been noticed until after putting them on.
