Dickies Everyday Signature scrubs are a basic staple in a healthcare provider's wardrobe. It is not fitted, I can't wear that fitted stuff because I'm pear-shaped. Even so, while the scrub top fit well around my waist, it was boxy and big around my bust and shoulders (unless I pulled down at the scrub top). But I expected this. For reference: bust: 36", waist: 38", hips: 43". I bought the large, and it fit my waist and hips just fine, without exacerbating the overweight flaws of my waist and hips (aka: love handles). There is no stretch to the scrub top. I will continue to wear this top as-is, but for women with similar dimensions (especially in the bust), taking it to a seamstress may help the top look better, and not so boxy at the shoulders. ... show more

Yea it was great quality and great for other than the sleeves were a little long so when I stretch out my arms to grab something it kinda gets caught in the scrub sleeve so I should of maybe got a smaller size and this wouldn’t of happened. I've been a nurse for 17 years. Some of it was spent as a nurse liaison, non clinical role, where scrubs were not worn. Back to modern day. I went shopping for scrubs and to my great dismay, found that scrubs are only now made out of silky, nylon, polyester, spandex and most definitely clingy fabrics - no longer a simple, comfy cotton or even cotton/poly blend. BUT, found these Dickies scrub tops online and bought 3 straight away. The size I ordered and received was perfect. The tops have the room, the comfort, the needed pockets, and coverage; all you could want in your scrub top. I love them and will buy more colors. Hallelujah! ... show more

I bought this in L and XL as I wanted a couple pairs of non-fitted scrubs for work (women's scrubs are typically fitted but sometimes you don't want a skin-tight scrub shirt while working). The fit on this looked comfortable in the pictures, but was acrually pretty bad. The body of the shirt on both were too large and long, but the arm holes were way too small on both of them, causing a tight upper body/sleeves that pulled and moved the shirt every time I moved my arms. It also severely impacted my mobility and reach as I couldnt really raise my arms above my head very well with out the fabric tightening around my chest/shoulders. Not practical or comfortable at all. I'm not busty at all, so I also have no clue how a woman with a larger chest area could possibly wear these and feel comfortable.
