Haven't had these long but they appear to be well made light weight scrub pants. Stitching all looks nice which is a good sign these days. Usually you can tell immediately if something is going to be mediocre to bad right off if the stitching is all over the place and has long strings hanging off it everywhere. Fabric seems to be OK lightweight duck or twill. Has basically 0 stretch to it but should hold up fairly well. Pant legs are a bit long IMO. I'm about 5'8" and I'd say they're about 1" (~2cm) too long but that is very much YMMV. Bought these coming from Dickies GenFlex scrub pants that were wearing out. Those are my golden go to standard for scrubs...but they were out in my size. And have been for around 2wk so far. So I bought these instead. Had to go up 2 sizes to find something that fit!! I'm a 2XL with the GenFlex stuff, which does have more stretch than these, but not that much! So I recommend going up at least 1 size, maybe 2, and maybe getting them rehemmed a bit if necessary if you buy these. Other than that they're exactly as shown in the pics and description. Other info: cargo pant side pockets down the legs are a bit smaller than the GenFlex ones but otherwise are fine. Same thing goes for all the other pockets vs GenFlex pants. They all are a bit smaller but not poorly made at all. Only thing I don't like about them is they're velcro closure which IMO does not hold up well in the wash. Our largest client was showing up for a tour of our facility and we all had to wear our company shirts and khakis. I needed big pants (I'm very large) that would pass as regular khaki pants for my job ASAP! Ordered these in my size in khaki with true overnight delivery and viola, passed the uniform requirements on time and just fine. The pants are listed as scrubs once they hit your cart and they feel as comfortable as scrub pants do imho. Also, in case you're wondering, they don't really look like scrubs because I'm sure if they did I would have heard all about it. I can't report on durability as I've only had them a week but with one wash, so far so good. ... show more

I always wear Mediums in scrub bottoms and all pants and shorts. These were absurdly baggy and loose. I wear a 31-32" waist and these seemed like 34-36". And being a poly blend this isnt about washing and shrinking them. Plus the back and right thigh pockets have velcro, which arent very visible on the photos. I have no use for that. I have a 36 to 37 in waist and my height is 6'4", and normally XLT fits just fine, but these were for someone with much bigger waist size of almost 39" to 40" waist, there was a good 2 to 4 inches of excess material that not even the elastic could pull in. As for other features it did have the length I desired which I hard to find, but they should not have XLT to fit a very overweight person, that is more reserved for XXL.
