Bought one scrub top to see how it fit. I ordered an extra small & it’s still fairly baggy on me. I’m roughly 5’2” 120lbs & it does not fit snuggly in the abdomen area, which I prefer. Other than it still being a bit baggy, that’s really the only complaint I have about them thus far. It’s very soft & very comfortable. Pockets are big & I really love the extra space above the pockets for pens, & the loop on it allows me to get a small zippered pouch to hook to it that fits right in the pocket beneath it to keep my debit card & IDs on me or whatever you may need for your day. The one problem I always seem to run into with scrub tops is even when they fit you properly, when you bend over the back tends to ride up exposing the small of your back (or worse.) I don’t have that problem at all with these tops, which may be the reason for them being a bit baggier & fitting a little less true to size. All in all, for $16 I will absolutely be buying more in the near future & I wear these every single day to work. My only recommendation is to go down a size if you like a more snug fit. Stay with your normal size if you like a loser fit. The extra small fits me like a small in most other brands, so I would imagine the remaining sizes do the same. ... show more

I wear this scrub shirt over my own shirt and it doesn’t add to feeling too warm/hot. Fit just fine. I usually wear a medium in women’s shirts. The medium fits well with another shirt underneath. Not snug at all.

The scrub is well made but fit a bit snug for my liking. I got the size I ordered but was a bit snug for me. If you like a bit of extra room in your scrub top order a size larger.
