I ordered a medium and it fits great. My measurements are Bust- 39", Waist- 34", and Hips- 43". I am busty but I usually wear medium's in my tops. I did look at the size chart for a reference, but in the end I went with the size that I usually wear. It's definitely more fitted with a slight flare by the hip area. The material is so soft and thin. It's breathable. I really like all the pocket space as well and the hook at the top of the shirt for an id badge clip. I love the fabric, the color, the fit and comfort of these scrubs. They have held up in the wash so far. They are on the thin side with a slight shine. I've gotten compliments on them. As others have said, the weight of your phone in the cargo pocket will pull down on your pants. I may have to take the waist in a pinch to make it a little tighter to stay up. Update: I received my small and I love it so much more. It looks and feels so much better! I do wish I could return the medium now for another small but I don’t think I can. I LOVE the material! It’s very comfortable, not thick. Breathable. I’m usually a medium-large in tops and I went with a medium, it works I’ll still use it but a small would have fit me perfectly and accentuated my body more.
