I am a 12/14 and 5'8". A Large Tall fits me perfectly. Not too long not too short. Holds up in the wash. Only drawback is they need ironing or they look wrinkly. These are the best scrub pants I have ever found as they have a cargo pocket on each thigh and a small one between the thigh and butt pocket which is perfect for stashing a flush in. Love the fabric, but the fit is much smaller than other Dickies 'small' cargo pants. I always order 'smalls' in scrub pants and the usual fit is perfect. I am 5'6" tall, weigh 129 pounds, with measurements being 38-29-37 1/2 and found the waist of this style to be ok when standing but uncomfortably tight when sitting. I was also hoping that the rise would be longer, making the waist hit at regular waistline. I know it states 'mid-rise' but I read other reviews that stated it hit at waist level....I suppose it depends on one's body build. I hope this helps someone with sizing. I was going to return and order a Medium, but have decided to just return them and stay with my usual style of Dickies. ... show more

I’m a guy, and a guy who’s sick of ‘mens’ or ‘Unisex’ scrub pants being so baggy, they make me look like an extra in a Limp Bizkit music video. These actually fit really well, not tight at all, and slightly wider in the leg than a pair of jeans. I wear 32x30 pants and a medium fits me perfect. Pockets are right where they need to be and they’re quite cool temperature-wise, even after running around an ER all day. The only caveat is that these will NOT match any other black top aside from the matching dickies women’s top. I had to look far and wide for a mens top that was the same shade of ‘off-black’, and it’s actually a warm-up jacket that I wear over my scrub top. So if you’re a woman, rock on, you have an awesome bottom/top combo. If you’re a guy, you have a pair of better-fitting scrub pants and a search for a matching top ahead of you. ... show more

Nice pants. They're a little on the thin side, but fit well with a clean line look. My favorite scrubs are Greys Anatomy classics because of their wearability and professional look, without 20 useless pockets that make your thighs look 20x's bigger. These pants have that same look and feel (with just a few extra pockets). Does anyone really ever use all those pockets that they put in scrub pants? Maybe it's me. I'm a hygienist and wear scrubs every day. I don't think I've ever once put anything in my pants pocket. ... show more

The pants are lightweight, multiple pockets, wash easy, and stains release from them with no problem. I have tried other scrub pants but these are my favorite. I am 5'3 and they fit just over the top of my shoe without that unsanitary drag I often see healthcare workers wearing when their scrub pants are too long. I like the quality of material-stretchy and not cotton, so it can go in the dryer at wrinkle free setting ...no need to iron after. You iron just once before first use just to straighten wrinkles from the packing. The bending and stretching at work is not a problem because of stretchy material. These pants fit great and are honestly super comfortable! I really like them and the material - the only complaint I have is that they are a little bit too short on me. I am 5'11" and this is a pretty common issue I have when searching for pants. You can't really tell unless I am sitting down or squatting, so it's not the biggest deal, but I would've loved if they were actually long enough to not look like wanna-be high waters on me lol. ... show more
