I would say this scrub set fits true to size. I bought the small and xs shirt and pants to compare and am going to keep the small. Good quality scrubs

It’s stretchy to both vertically and horizontally. Wrinkle resistant. Smooth and soft. Color is bright and beautiful. Materials make you feel cooler than the other materials so be aware if you need extra cuddles. Really good quality! I already have 6 sets of the scrubs from this series.

Update: I received my small and I love it so much more. It looks and feels so much better! I do wish I could return the medium now for another small but I don’t think I can. I LOVE the material! It’s very comfortable, not thick. Breathable. I’m usually a medium-large in tops and I went with a medium, it works I’ll still use it but a small would have fit me perfectly and accentuated my body more. I'm a veterinary nurse and the biggest thing I struggle with is finding scrubs that don't attract all of my patients fur. Nobody likes lint rolling between every appointment. I love the duckies brand of scrubs, they're well made, last a long time, comfortable, lightweight and wash well but I ordered a new scrub top and received a used one with what looks like a makeup compact explosion in the pocket... wore it half the day before noticing, gross
