I like these scrubs a lot, and wear them daily. I'm 5'8 to 5'9, and they're a bit long by an inch or two. Nothing major, but I wish there was an option for a shorter inseam. I've had these about 6 months now and after daily use, the only issues I've had were the threads in the seams along the pen pockets have frayed and come undone a bit. Love these scrubs. Waist seems a bit tight but not uncomfortable. It doesn't stretch much, but I guess it's meant to be like that so the pants don't fall. These things bleed color like a bottle of ink. Wearing them with other colored shirts, the blue ink just stains them. And washing them, you have to put them by themselves.
