If you look on diamondere the ring is about $400 or so more than Amazon. It was explained that the gems are a higher grade so they go for a bit more. Beautiful ring but uncomfortable. The sapphires are slightly raised which causes intense chafing and renders the ring unwearable for any extended period of time. Poor choice for a ring you are supposed to rarely take off.
