Get this Batman statue. His pose looks awesome and the base is sick. Has that dark gothic feel. It's quite tall and worth the price. It's actually my first Batman statue. Already wondering what to buy next.

Absolutely beautiful statue. The details are stunning, the paint perfect. This looks more like a three hundred dollar statue than a fifty five dollar statue. Couldn't be more pleased. If you're on the fence...buy it. You won't be disappointed.

First the positives: - Absolutely awesome sculpture and pose - Unique batsuit, looks like a mix between the suits in Hush and Arkham Asylum - Many small details (detailed facial expression, wear on the suit, flowing cape, pouches on the belt) - The Gargoyle diorama is imposing and looks straight out of the Gotham skyline - Good height, stands at a little over 10 1/2 inches - Looks like a $100 dollar statue (after you touch it up) The Negatives: -First and foremost... THE TEETH, not sure why they decided to paint the teeth the way they did. It looks like he got punched in the mouth a few times. The teeth are painted so badly they should have just changed the sculpt to have a closed mouth. - Poor quality control, this is actually the second statue I got. The mouth on the first one was so bad that I just returned it and got another one. The second one was slightly better but they just have a poor approach to painting the mouth so I took matters into my own hands and decided to repaint the mouth myself. - If you've owned any other Diamond Select Gallery statues you'll know the paint jobs can be hit or miss and this is no exception, they missed the back of the boot on my statue, also the bat logo only had one layer of paint on it and it was chipped and flaky, the chest also had some glue residue stuck to it and black ink overspray from whoever painted the bat symbol. - Some of the railing was bent on mine, i was able to bend it back into place CAREFULLY, because it is somewhat flimsy The redeeming factor of this statue though is the fantastic detail, the sculptors at DST continue to impress me. If you are decent at miniature painting you can absolutely make this statue even better by fixing the teeth and other issues. I spent a couple of hours repainting the mouth, face and parts of the chest including the bat logo and now I think the statue looks 100x better. I can't stop staring at it now! It brings my whole comic shelf together. I give it 3.5/5, for the price it's a great deal but the paint issues are pretty glaring, DST needs to step up their quality control. If you're on a budget (like me) this statue is still worth it. If you got the time and patience to repaint it, it is a 5/5. The sculpt is the best one they've released in the PVC gallery statues. If you can fix it up it looks like a $100 dollar statue instead of a 45 dollar one. Note: my pictures are after I repainted the face and chest

Great Batman statue! Only down side is the teeth. Should of painted the teeth all white, but other then that it’s a great statue.
