Fits perfect on my 04’ 6.0. ID of this pipe is 3 1/2” which is perfect for the stock exhaust. Remember to get clamps, OD of pipe is roughly 3 3/4”, I got 4” clamps and they work fine for now. Will be welding it in when I get time anyways. Also cut off the stock mounts off the muffler and welded one onto this pipe, no more rattling or twisting. ... show more

Fit great for my f350 super duty. My 3.5” exhaust fit right inside this muffler delete pipe. Just cut my muffler out right at the welds on each side and worked perfect. I welded mine on so I didn’t need the clamps. If you don’t weld it make sure to buy clamps

I searched for a duramax muffler delete pipe and this appeared to be correct but was a bit larger in diameter than I expected. I planned on installing it with lap clamps for a easy install but after measuring it was going to be too long as there is a exhaust hang near the inlet of muffler and right after the outlet the factory pipe bends to clear the axle. I ended up cutting the inlet side about 1.5" from the hanger to have enough pipe to get the lap clamp on. On the outlet I cut as close to the muffler as possible to get a inch or so of straight pipe for the lap clamp on. Also the lap clamps for the delete pipe were to large for the factory pipe for this i used a exhaust pipe expander to enlarge the pipe to make work. Ended up taking a couple hours instead of the cut and clamp I was hoping for. So you can make it work but not easily. ... show more

This fit my LLY duramax almost perfectly. If you cut an inch off each end it is perfect. Sized exactly for fitting over the stock pipe. I cut the muffler flush at the muffler so i had almost 2" in front of the hanger both front and rear. It sounds great. Not too loud and not too quiet. 👍
