I chose this organizer because it was not felt. This may not be true but in my brain, I didn’t want a felt organizer because I thought it would be too bulky and take away from the already limited space in the bag. This insert has some structure to it and was nice and soft. Perfectly fit in my med cf. the color wasn’t quite what I wanted but it worked fine. In the pics the color looks perfect but in person the craie color is more like a cream color, my bag is an iridescent light beige. I got my package today. I love the item. It’s perfectly fit my small Chanel Classic but I can not close the flap with pillow inside. I have to take the silk bag organizer out but It is fine for me to switch it when I need to use the bag. I can’t wait to see the other one for the medium Chanel Boy.

Bought this for my vintage Diana medium and the quality is lovely. It arrived in about 10 days and was carefully packaged. The material is quite soft so it’s not made to provide structure/support to the bag but more for protecting the inside and organizing.
