The insert came in nicely package with a soft block inside which can be used during storage. The insert is soft but holds the bag shape. It has nice feel and I chose red/burgundy color which is almost unnoticed while inside the bag. The height of the insert hit just bellow the bag's zipper, so it could be used without any issues and it also comes with many compartments on its own. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend this product!

I purchased this item for use in my Chanel 19 medium (the smallest size, not including the wallet on chain). This item has Really beautiful and high quality fabric. However, I was disappointed because it did not fit perfectly in the bag. It was maybe about 3/4 inch too small. The bag is already small so taking up more room made it difficult to use. If they remade it to fit perfectly inside the bag, I would purchase again. But in its current size, I would not purchase and would return if I could.

Very pleased with this purse organizer that I purchased for my Chanel 19 Large handbag. The color and size are perfect! It is so light weight but does have enough structure to help keep my bag from collapsing. Well worth the price and so much nicer than the felt inserts I have used before. I hardly notice it is in my Chanel bag which is a nice feature. Highly recommend! PS. The organizer is beautifully wrapped and Customer Service was prompt in answering my questions.
