I wanted a skin tight shirt that would wick sweat away during a spin class. These do that. I can actually get cold wearing them, if there's a cool breeze from outside or indoors from a fan. They're made of polyester and spandex, whereas most competitors are strictly polyester. My prior favorite shirt was actually three materials, and I was hoping for that with these, but so far, polyester and spandex seemed fine. Someone complained that the shirts are too long, and the length seems actually good! I bought a large, and I'm 6'2", 184 lbs, 40-in chest, and 33" waist. I like that the shirts are long enough to extend past my navel when I'm doing something like chin-ups. I have another shirt that's a little too short, and I frequently have to pull it down a little. The fabric is thin enough that it's not bunching up in anyway. I don't really see my chest hair, slightly manscaped, through the shirts. I've always been cautious about these, especially from a random brand online. I thought that they would just make you feel more warm and trap the heat in and get gross and sweaty. These are actually amazing! The brand too is great quality. I decided to get a brand name to get the best possible experience first hand before purchasing cheaper brands on Amazon, and I honestly could not see a single difference in quality, which makes me quite upset at the MUCH more expensive brands. I literally paid $30 for just one shirt at a Dunham's Sporting Good. I thought I got a size too small but the stretch still felt alright to me, I decided to purchase a second set a little larger and I'd say I was pretty safe getting either size honestly, so if you are scared of getting the wrong size do keep that in mind. ... show more

I ordered an XXL and it's still a bit tight and I'm not that big, 5'11, 192 lbs. The positive part is that they make an old guy like me look more buff. Maybe they could make an XXXL. I use them kayaking on Lake Michigan for sun protection and they work well and dry quickly when I drip on them. The white color keeps me pretty cool in the sun and I don't have to use sticky sunblock on my upper body. ... show more
