The media could not be loaded. I'm impressed. The video shows plastic shavings on a silicone mat. The silicone grips those shavings, making it nearly impossible to brush them off. Because of how sticky the silicone is, I had to make quite a few passes over it with the vacuum but it cleaned it very well. Other surfaces clean up easily with one pass. The rattle sound you hear is because there are already some plastic bits in the vacuum. Con: Cleaning - It was really hard to open the first time. Picks up small and large crumbs very well! I’m actually very surprised at how much power this little guy has! I was using this at work to pick up small fragments of little hairs, left over on my work station after giving clipper cuts to clients and it works ok for that. The only thing is the “nose tip” attachment, has a small extra piece of hard plastic left at the end and it can scratch some surfaces if you’re not paying attention. (The little piece of plastic I’m talking about: when plastic is poured into the mould in the factory, and overflows a little bit out of the mold. So then when you get the product it has that weird little extra bit of plastic that’s not supposed to be there.) it’s not a big deal, it can easily be filed down with a nail file or something, I just haven’t. • suction: Great, Gets every last crumb. Only issue is that it’s a little bulky, but that’s why it comes with that “nose tip” attachment. It’s just that the nose tip attaché meant that came with mine has an extra bit of hard plastic where it shouldn’t, and can scratch surfaces such as wood or pressed wood. Easy fix: file that extra bit with a nail file. • use: easy, I had to charge mine, came with a plug, plug is kind of short. It’s a micro USB (Aka: Old android standard charger, they still sell those chargers at the dollar store where I live) • east to clean: so there’s this tiny gap between the part where you grip onto, and the bottom of the device that has the bristles and suction power. Where you see that gap, have 1 hand on the suction end (while it’s off), and the other hand of the grip end, and twist. It comes apart easily. I'm rating this product based on its intended use, which is just for sucking up little crumbs and dust on a desk. It gets 5 stars for suction power in that regard (I say this because I own larger expensive vacs for other purposes that have way more suction, but for a little desk vac, it works well without needing to run over the same spot twice.) I rarely use the long attachment, but the few times I have, it's worked. It's not too loud, but it is definitely audible and could wake up someone in the same room, or annoy an office mate if left on too long. I think it's acceptable. Clean up is easy by just twisting off the bottom and dumping into a larger trashcan. Battery life appears to be great, since I charge it once a month and it's never seemed to lose suction or been low on battery. We'll see how long this lasts, but so far, it's a non-factor in my life. I don't like micro USB (prefer USB-C), but that's still common in most small electronics, so I can live with it. Just waiting for the day we can stop flipping the micro-USB the wrong way, haha. I also use many wireless Qi charging pads around the house, so this would have been cool if it were wireless charging, but that doesn't count against this simple product. Listen, this thing worked great at first! But the first time the battery died and I had to recharge it, it was like the suction just disappeared. It won't suck up a single crumb anymore, and it's so frustrating because I loved my little cleaner a lot! To be fair, I did use it a lot when I first got it and fell in love.
