** May 2022 ** The pandemic hit, so I was mostly staying home. I also had my first child & noticed my skin take a huge hit, so I wanted to get back to taking better care of it. I was searching high and low for another SPF powder and kept coming back to this one. The price has increased from $17 since I last purchased it. My skincare regimen has mostly stayed the same, but I've updated some items here and there. I also now follow the skincare routine from the book, Pure Skin, which is inspired by the minimal Japanese skincare of geishas: 1. Purify: Camellia (tsubaki) oil for oil cleansing 2. Polish: Rice bran powder to exfoliate 3. Plump: Alteya Organics flower waters (AM: rose & chamomile, PM: rose & lavender) to hydrate 4. Nourish: Camellia oil to moisturize 5. Protect: Derma-E SPF Powder mixed with silk powder When touching up the spf powder, I set it with Alteya rose water. Adding the silk powder to the SPF powder is optional but it really helps with smoothing out my complexion & silk is just so good for your skin in general! ** Previous Review from 2020 ** I'm now in my 30s and have been mistaken for being in college! After 2 years, this SPF powder is still my favorite. I've tried similar products from high-end makeup stores, but their ingredients and price point don't come close to Derma-E's mineral powder. I highly recommend it!
