Good middle ground bat, not super high price, exactly what we needed it for. There are not a lot of composite bats in this length with the lighter weight. My daughter is a tall, lean young teen softball player - freshman in HS. She needs the length of a 32 for her height but her frame is on the petite side. Sometimes she feels her drop 11 (top of the line composite) is too heavy to get around depending on her day. She borrowed last year’s version of this bat during a fall game, when she was struggling hitting with her new composite. She could get around faster and was dropping them in the outfield. This bat is not for a very strong power hitter. Best for tween, young teen players working on upper body strength. She will likely alternate between her bats. It’s nice to have something she can get around quickly when she is feeling her arms are heavy and hitting against a fast pitcher. This is the perfect intermediate bat as she builds muscle and becomes stronger. Fingers crossed it holds up well and no cracks. She loves the feel of it and can’t wait to use it in the spring season! ... show more

    • HUGE upgrade over old bat - RATING UPDATE
Color: Purple/Green Size: 29"/17 oz
My 9 year old daughter started using this and it was a HUGE improvement over her old bat. The ball jumps off this bat so much better than the old one, and she loves the grip that is on this bat. Also has a great feel in the hands when hitting the ball, no sting at all. Would definitely recommend this bat. UPDATE 12/22/24 - Bat has ALREADY cracked! My daughter hasnt even used this bat in a game, only very little usage in the batting cages doing soft toss and already a nice 2+ inch crack in the barrel! Unbelievable how bad these bats are made. I know this will be covered by warranty but it is still pretty upsetting to have this happen so quickly. ... show more
