Disclaimer: I would have never purchased this faucet at full price solely because it is out of my budget. Fortunately, I took a risk and bought this from Amazon Warehouse as "used - good condition" for $80 because there were "noticeable markings" on the product. The gamble paid off big time! The faucet had the smallest scuff mark on the backside where no one will ever see because it faces the wall. In conclusion, don't write off buying things used from Amazon Warehouse. Even if you get the product and your disappointed, Amazon will still let you return it. Delta did an excellent job with this design. The faucet is stunning. It has a perfect balance of the modern, angular elements I love without being over-the-top sharp or bulky. Emphasis on reduced water flow rate ("WaterSense") is a big sell for me as an eco-conscious consumer, and the inclusion of the plastic drain insert was a nice surprise to help ensure I don't lose my jewelry down the drain. Installation was very straightforward given this was my first attempt to work on a sink. The issues I encountered were unrelated to the design and instruction manual of the faucet, so I won't include them in the review.

Got this to replace an older Delta single-handle faucet that was hard to get the right temperature. We love the look of this, esp. the higher spout and large 1/4 turn handles. Installation - faucet Faucet installation was easy. The faucet has two 30" long PEX lines that go all the way to the water valves so no need to buy hoses. There are permanent 3/8" compression fittings on the end, but if you need to cut the lines to fit, there are extra pieces to make a new connection. I chose to bend the lines to the sides so I could use the superior, original connectors rather than cut them off. The gasket under the faucet is just a cheap foam piece, which should keep water from getting into the sink holes but won't keep all water from seeping under the faucet. Two plastic locknuts hand tighten to hold the faucet in place - no fiddling with metal plates and a wrench. Remember to remove the aerator with the included tool before turning the water on to flush out any junk in the lines. The tool can clip onto the supply lines under the sink for future use. Besides the extra parts used if you cut the supply lines, there were a couple of small grey mystery pieces I could find no mention of in the instructions. I didn't seem to need them, but I hate it when there are extra unexplained parts. Installation - drain The drain was a bit harder to install. The instructions say to use silicone caulk under the drain but I used plumber's putty. There is a huge 1.5" drain nut that not even my 12" adjustable wrench fit so I resorted to my larger pipe wrench. Hand tightening was not enough. One part of the drain that needed teflon tape (not included) leaked after installation no matter how tight I got it. I ended up removing some of the teflon tape (I had used about 4 layers) and retightening with a rubber strap wrench which stopped the leak. Be sure to fill the sink, then drain it all at once to check for leaks. Quality I like that most of the parts are metal. The foam gasket for the base came creased and doesn't seem very durable. Oddly, the base of the faucet is chromed plastic and you can easily bend it in just by pushing on it. Everything else has a nice weight to it. After installing I discovered that the spout was a little loose and could twist in the faucet base, but I'm not about to take it apart to tighten it. The chrome finish looks great, and the aerator is recessed for a clean look. Even the drain lift rod fits neatly into the base. You can bend the drain rod connector piece (with all the holes in it) so it fits well and doesn't stick. There is also a little black plastic drain net that can be snapped into place to prevent small objects from going down the drain. Low flow This is a low flow faucet. It is rated 1.2 gpm @ 60psi. There is a steady stream, fine for washing and brushing, and not too much air mixed in. But it isn't a huge flow and takes a little while to fill a glass. I like that it helps prevent our children from wasting water and splashing as much water all over the counter. The handles vary the stream flow well, but because it runs slow, I usually just turn them all the way on. Size I love the bigger, bolder look. Before installing I was worried this faucet would be too big for our smaller sink, but it actually works really well for a smaller or larger bath sink. The faucet height is 7 3/8" and the spout reach is 4 13/16". The faucet base is 5 15/16" W x 2 3/16" D. This same faucet is also available with a slightly different, smaller style handle here: Delta Faucet 257766-MPU-DST . Warranty Delta has a lifetime warranty, and used to be great about sending out any parts you need even after 10+ years. Lately they haven't been as reliable, instead saying parts aren't available and offering a discount off list price for a new faucet when issues arise, or claiming finish corrosion is normal wear and tear.

Full disclosure, I received this faucet as part of Amazon's Vine program... more on that at the end of my review. We were in desperate need to replace our existing 15 y/o Delta faucet and finding this one on Amazon's Vine program was perfect for us. Aesthetics: Something about the look of this particular Delta faucet stood out to me above the rest. It's unique, at least to me, spout design and the one-piece handle design set it apart from everything else I saw. Obviously, the looks are subjective but what I can add is that it is just as handsome in person as the photos show. Function: It's a faucet. The flow is good. The handles move with just the right amount of effort, for me anyway. Not overly easy but provide just the right amount of feedback. Installation: It had all the right parts. No challenges based on the hardware provided. Everything that I needed was provided in the kit, minus some silicone to seal up the base at the basin. I was surprised to find the nylon style cold/hot water supply hoses but then again, it's been 15yrs since I installed a faucet so maybe that's the norm these days? Although not required, I did opt to cut the hoses shorter and used the supplied fittings to make sure it was fitted correctly and didn't leak. Quality: Probably one of the more important aspects of the faucet is its quality. I had checked out several faucets at places like Home Depot and always felt many of the faucets felt like they were chromed plastic - and in some cases they were, or at least certain parts of the faucets were. This Delta doesn't feel that way at all. The handles and main spout all feel like metal of some sort. All of the supplied parts seem to be of good quality, if not better. Overall: We are very happy with this faucet. Some of that may be that we are so glad to have something new after all of these years, but in truth, the faucet is solid, nice looking and worked out perfect for our situation. The install, although not super smooth getting the old one out, was indeed very easy putting the new Delta in which made the whole experience that much better. Full disclosure, I received this faucet as part of Amazon's Vine program but don't let that dissuade you from trusting what I have to say. Amazon only asks that I give my honest feedback on these products and although it may seem easier to give a positive review for an item that I received for free, the only requirement that I need to meet is that I actually provide a review so there's nothing in it for me to not be 100% honest.
