We got this crib for our woodland nursery. The dark cherry espresso wood is gorgeous. Overall the quality seems very good. Feels well built. My husband and I were able to easily assemble the crib together. There are some steps that may be a bit trickier for one person to accomplish on their own but it is doable. We are hopeful to be able to use this crib for years to come as we transition it to a toddler bed then full size bed. ... show more

We purchased this crib for our second child recently, in March 2023, and the side has been completely changed so that it no longer has nice smooth lines. I've included a picture of the same crib (in toddler bed formation) that we purchased in July 2021 for our older child and as you can see that one matches the image that is still here and on the manufacturer's website. I've also included a screencap of the crib as it's listed here. The crib we received has the same style number and the front looks similar from what we got assembled before realizing that this isn't the crib we wanted and thought we were getting but the sides have completely changed and it's now a different style crib under the same name. My husband put this crib together with ease. The packaging was very all organized and the directions were explained well too. Obviously you want to keep in mind that not all the holes will be used for the crib, as this is a 4-1 style. Husband used his drill to assemble and it probably took him 30-45min to assemble! I can understand why the smell of the crib would be bothersome to so many, but truthfully it's no different when you have furniture arrive from a retail store. Our baby is due in June, so I think with adequate planning, if you're sensitive to smell or that new furniture smell, if you buy ahead of time like we did then the smell should disappear in time. I also routine sage my home and have a defusser going daily.. if you're planning to get a humidifier, then get one that also acts as a defusser, and help with that chemical smell sooner rather than later. Overall, the appearance is everything I was hoping for. You can adjust the height of the crib so you're not bending over so low if that's a concern you have. It's very sturdy, husband approved that it's not flimsy by any means. My guests that I've had over cannot believe all my furniture in my nursery, I bought through amazon. And I got the crib, dresser, beautiful rocking chair(none of which look or were cheap!) Along with some other smaller items for 1k. You can't beat that if you're on a budget. I was worried how the delivery would be or if pieces would be damaged and thankfully, none were! I hope my little one loves it as much as I do! ... show more

    • Still going strong after two kiddos

Our first kiddo used this crib for 13 months. Our second kiddo is currently 9 months old and we anticipate to use this in crib form until around the same age. We will then transition this crib into a bed (purchased the rails from Delta Children as they were not currently available here on Amazon) for our first born (who will pass the toddler bed onto our little one). After two kids, this thing looks brand new, despite some teeth marks on the front rail. The color is beautiful, it's easy to assemble, disassemble, and put back together again (we've done this quite a few times between kiddos and switching bedrooms and such). It's incredibly sturdy; you can't beat the value. I have friends that spend thousands on cribs that now look like garbage, and I've received so many compliments on how well this crib has held up. I'm so glad we chose it so many years ago, and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a simple, elegant, affordable crib for their little one! ... show more

This set was purchased for my granddaughter’s first child. After spending a full day shopping at every baby store within 50 miles the one set she liked only had some of the pieces available and conflicting information whether or not the crib would actually arrive ever, not just in time for the birth. I pulled this set up on my phone on the trip home. It was nearly identical to the set she wanted. It was half the price of the comparable set. She said it was equal to or exceeded the quality of the other set. Best yet it is set up two months ahead of the babies projected birth date with no worries on will it or won’t it come on time. I was certain it wouldn’t measure up to the expecting mom and dad’s expectations, but I’m ecstatic with the rave review they gave me. Who‘d had ever thought you need a 6 month lead on a nursery set. They said they expect it to last for many children. The dresser and changing table also received rave reviews. Well made but poor instructions.
