Nice build quality and beautiful screen but plagued with issues. Under default Windows 10 install: Fan runs constantly and has a high pitched whistle. Runs very hot. Seems very sluggish and hangs often for 10 secs or so. Very annoying when typing to see your text stop and then extra characters jump in. Under Pop OS 20.10: Runs very hot and fans run constantly. There is an issue with the WiFi running very slow. 2-3Mbps on 2.4ghz. It will run the battery down in suspend mode and then sound and wifi are gone after resume. I'm having a much better experience typing this review on my old laptop that's on its last leg. That's bad. I wanted to like this Dell and the reviews were terrific but I didn't have the same experience. I this this may have been a refurb that was sold as an "upgraded" laptop as the box had been taped over a few times and the ownership tag showed March 10. ... show more
