This is more a magazine size recipe book but it’s brilliant. We’ve tried several items from it and they’ve all been hits. Beautiful photos, easy recipes to follow. I hope they do more of these

I probably have about 20 Disney cookbooks from Marvel to Starwars and the festivals to the Disney bulk cookbooks, and this was amazing. These recipes were super simple compared to others, but please realize if you want a knockoff recipe that is simplified you should go online, not buy a Disney cookbook. I really wish they would have had more entrees from some of the themed restaurants, but all the same…I love this Delish Disney edition. ... show more

I'm a big fan of both Disney Parks and Delish, so I didn't hesitate to order this. Initially I wasn't sure whether it'd be worth the price since this is described as a magazine, but once I got it in the mail I saw it was much more like a paperback book with a thicker cover. The recipes included all have pictures associated with them, and many are recipes I haven't seen in other Disney cookbooks. ... show more

    • A Fun and Helpful, if Not Complete, Collection
Some people will complain this collection of Disney recipes does not include some of their favorite treats. Well, yeah. A complete collection of Disney resort and theme park recipes would be cool. But I'll take what I can get. This collection includes recipes mostly from Disney restaurants in the US, but there are also a few from overseas. The recipes might include ingredients you find unusual. I would encourage home chefs to make the effort to acquire and use them. Unusual ingredients are what make a recipe special and beyond what you get at the local chain restaurant. This book has many beautiful pictures and some background information sprinkled about. I think there's a little too much emphasis on sweets, but I expect a lot of people will be preparing these for children, so I can understand why. Have you ever visited a Disney theme park and resorts and had their incredible food? Some main entrees, some breakfast items, some desserts, etc. This book of delicious goodies are all based on those same Disney creations, each from one the resorts from around the world!
