The colour of the shoe is orange and not brown, this was very disappointing as I would need to try get it Dye. School is strict on the colour and style of footwear and brown appropriate school shoe is hard to find. My son wore it once today and complained about his arch. It looks somewhat sturdy. The quality of the shoes are fine. I love that underneath is rubber. But it was quite loose for my son. I had to stuff the front and double his socks and it was still a lil loose. Keep this in mind when buying. But the quality is good.

The shoes are what you would expect for a pair of $30 dress shoes so I don’t have a complaint about that. My issue is so ordered a 6 because according to the reviews these run at least a size too big. This was not true in my case they 6 fit like all his size 6 shoes (he has about a month before they're all too small). Get the correct size font size down.
