These were an experiment. They were really nice looking shoes until they started separating from the toes. Cheap shoes, but at least the pair I got weren't good cheap shoes. Maybe a fluke, by I'm not buying again. Pretty comfortable to be honest. I'm just not buying a pair of shoes that lasts half as long as others which may cost a little more. ... show more

Can't afford $150 Ecco's? I had mine, 15 years, loved them, took them to a less than stellar cobbler, after 2 years the sole separated. If you have good shoes, find a good cobbler. I bought these and they feel premium, and no one can really tell the difference, I have not attended a trade show yet, where I'm on my feet for 12 hours, but when I do I'll know the value of their worth, for now, every day use, they're just fine. ... show more

I had bought 3 pairs of these exact shoes in precious years and enjoyed them for their comfort and the ability to easily slide in and out of them. 2 of the pairs wore out from what I feel is an acceptable amount of use. Finding these shoes dependable, I re-repurchased the exact same pair (size 10) and wasn't able to slide into the heels of the shoes or fit my feet into them at all! I exchanged them for a size 10.5 and could not fit into those either, so I had to return them and ask for a refund. I still have one of the old pairs which is easy to slide in and out of, yet I purchase THE EXACT SAME PAIR and I am no longer able to fit in them at all! Something must have been changed to reduce the quality of the materials or production of these shoes as they no longer even fit at all! Extremely disappointing as I found these shoes used to provide a lot more comfort and wearability than most other pairs of shoes I owned. I thought I had finally found something dependable, but it turns out I can no longer buy these shoes and will never buy from this brand again to due the reduction in quality! I would not recommend anyone buy these, especially if they have owned a pair from this brand before. ... show more
