The mirror looks nice in the master bath. Its like a frame that you hang on the wall. The screws and the plastic part that goes in the wall are bad quality. See 2nd pic, the head of the screw broke....didnt know it was even possible. And the plastic part that goes in the wall is not sturdy (screw kept turning). I ended up using my own parts to secure. Also the electrical cable has lose ends and i had to buy a plug separately ($2.70). I also connected the outlet to the recessed lights, so the mirror lights turn on whenever i turn the resessed on and i dont have to walk to the mirror to turn it on. This mirror came well-packaged and was easy to install. However, after taking off the blue film I noticed very fine - what I thought were - scratches in the glass. They were in different places all over the mirror. BUT after my husband looked at it he said they would come off. After trying a regular glass cleaner he brought out the mirror glaze polish & they came right out - the glass is fine. It is the right size, brightens and dims fine, and the defogger works. It's just not bright enough, and we will be buying a light to go above it. There is no way I could put makeup on using it ... show more

this is great in my newly remodeled bathroom. It's big and bright without blinding you. Only thing I wish is that it came with cleaning instructions. I used a window cleaner on it with vinegar but it just left streaks. Tried several things to get streaks off, but some still there. So not 100% sure it's a real glass mirror? It came packaged very well too. I was worried about it breaking during shipping. But love the mirror and it was about $50 cheaper than the home improvement stores! ... show more

The five stars are given to the customer service and the shopping experience with Decoraport. I had to return the mirror because the size is a bit over. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during the transit and FedEx dumped the mirror!! They dumped the 800 dollars mirror without a single word of notice until I called in one month later yet did not get much help. The seller then helped deal with FedEx and ended up they lost the mirror and paid the refund to me. During the entire process of purchasing and returning, Decoraport had been very responsive and helpful. I gave five stars to the other mirror I ordered from Decoraport which is a smaller vertical LED lighted medicine cabinet mirror. It is beautiful and well made. It gives a nice storage and style to the bathroom without any other shelves or drawers. With the hidden light inside the cabinet, it is very pleasant to look at the inside items stored. I want to thank Decoraport for such neat product and thoughtful customer services. I definitely chose Decoraport again in the future if I ever need to buy a mirror. I absolutely will recommend it to friends and families. They have a huge collection for choosing. I can say they are high-quality products at least the two I ordered are. Very pleased. This is a very beautiful mirror that adds well to the esthetic I like. Other reviews had implied that this unit did not have switch memory when using a wall switch but it actually does. This may be a recent addition but mine does and that's exactly the way I like it. I turn the lights on as I walk into the bathroom and turn them off as I leave without having to walk to the mirror. The 84x40 inch is a relatively heavy unit and the idea of using only the supplied anchors to mount frightens me. For me both wall mounting plates traversed studs and so one of mounting holes on each is firmly anchored to a stud with the rest using drywall anchors as supplied. I suspect that most would be able to mount to studs and I would advise it. ... show more
