I am in love with these slippers!!! Just call me Goldilocks, because I have finally found a slipper that fits! I have tried every size. style and fit and nothing worked for me! Finally this slipper is "JUST RIGHT" for my half size foot! I have been looking for a slip-on slipper that fits for years! When you're a half-size, slippers do NOT fit. When you size down to the next whole size, the slipper is too small; when you size up, the slipper is too big--a fall-risk-death trap, when you fall out of it while walking! OR slippers run in sizes S-M-L. M = size 7-8. L = size 9-10. What if you're a size 8.5? What size do you buy????? Neither M or L work. So I'm raving about this slipper because it FITS!!!!!! AND I love the slip-on-slide style, where you can just slip your foot into the slipper; you don't have to bend over and pull the back of the heel up. AND the shearling is soft and warm, but doesn't promote foot sweat and the subsequent odor that never goes away! Update 11/6/2022: I'm downgrading my review from 5 stars to 4 stars. There's a construction defect that was missed by quality control, and I didn't notice it until I started wearing the slippers for more than an hour. It's minor, but it affects the comfort of the slippers. The cuff-edge of the right slipper rubs the top of my foot. After inspecting the slipper I discovered the edge has an "exposed seam" that is missing some fur; It's only about 1.5 - 2 inches along the cuff/edge of the slipper, but it's noticeable after extended wear and it's wearing on my skin--so not comfortable for extended wear. The rest of the right slipper and the left slipper are just fine. If I hadn't already worn them, I would just exchange them for another pair. NOTE the picture showing the inside seam with missing fur. Who would ever think this is a problem? But the seam rubs, so it's not comfortable. So sad that I didn't think to check the inside before I wore them for longer than a half hour. I still recommend these slippers, but inspect the inside edge to make sure the entire seam is covered by fur before you break them in. It's a minor construction error, but it's enough that I won't be able to live in these slippers! :-( ... show more

OK. These shoes are not exactly comfortable, as far as the soles are concerned. They are very thick "flip flop" material, so they are kind of hard and they do not flex at all, so you really have to shuffle along, which, face it, if you're as old as I am, you are going to shuffle anyway. HOWEVER, they are reliably warm AND JUST ADORABLE! I have to say that, except for the super hard soles, I really LOVE THESE....especially since they come in wide widths. I have bought THREE PAIRS of these in different colors. Another note about the soles: They are very thick, so they keep your feet. elevated off of the floor, which is really appreciated when it is cold. Buying a product without trying it on is always a concern. To overcome this, I usually read the reviews. This pair of slippers run large. So I select my usual size plus half a size larger. It turned out to be perfect. This pair is soft , warm and comfortable. It is large enough even if you wear a pair of thick socks on your feet. It seems to be durable although I just tried it on. It looks well made. For example, if I usually wear a size 5, I ordered a 5.5. This extra half size is in case I need to wear it with socks. It turned out to fit me perfectly. These are extremely comfortable slippers…warm, but not sweaty. I was surprised to see a very similar slipper (Uggs) in the local department store that was priced at $100! It looked almost exactly like the ones I ordered that I initially thought it was the Dearfoam, until I saw the price$$. The sole is very durable and can be worn outdoors. This really was meant to be a 4 star review. The soles are rigid a nd there is no arch support. I did end up keeping them because they are well made and the lining is lovely soft and warm!

I like these slippers, they have great traction. I just wish they had a little arch support, it feels more like I’m wearing a shoe than a house slipper. After wearing them all day I noticed the black coloring started to rub off on my toes.

Comfy, and fit is true to size. I just had a baby, and my feet were super swollen so I got a size 9 and it’s perfect for me. Even after swelling went down, the size 9 still fits perfect!
