I recently purchased the Dearfoams Women’s Chelsea Sherpa Bootie Slippers, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The primary issues I encountered were related to sizing and comfort. Firstly, these slippers are not true to size. Despite ordering my usual size, they felt tight and uncomfortable. It’s essential for slippers to provide a snug yet comfortable fit, but in this case, the sizing seemed off. The comfort level was also a letdown. The Sherpa lining is supposed to offer warmth and coziness, but I found the slippers to be uncomfortable and not as plush as I expected. The insole lacked adequate cushioning, which is crucial for a comfortable slipper experience. In terms of appearance, the slippers looked nice and stylish, but unfortunately, aesthetics didn’t make up for the lack of comfort and the sizing issues I encountered. Rarely do I write reviews, but these slippers are great -- they are tall enough to keep the ankles warm ... so soft and exactly what one wants in a slipper. Bottoms allow you to step outside to get the newspaper and not feel every pebble. I wear mine with or without socks. I have fuzzy inserts that I will put in for more support should I feel like it. I think the slippers are cute but when I put them on it feels like I'm wearing two left shoes on both feet. Where there isn't a left and right shoe, the side of my foot goes over top the shoe insert and the fit isn't great. The shoe insert is really thin and doesn't give a lot of support, it's not comfy like I would expect house slippers to be. I don't think they're great quality and the material looks like it'll get raggedy quickly. I would recommend investing into a good sustainable pair that will last a long time.
