This dress is well made. It has long enough sleeves, something which seems hard to find on too many garments. I am 5'6". So many so-called long-sleeved garments come too high on the arm; this goes all the way to the top of the hand for me, without being too long. The style is simple and practical, with two perfect pockets being very useful for so many things. As another reviewer noted, the waistline is more empire than at the waist, but I find that more flattering so I don't mind. Next, this can be washed and dried in machines, needing no special care. I will likely use cold and gentle settings, and I may hang to dry to keep it nice longest, but it is good that it can be machine washed and dried. It may shrink a small amount, but it isn't enough to change the fit for me, the hem length came up about an inch, but it was long enough to touch the ground anyway, so this is better. As I noted, the sleeves are a generous length, and they were still long enough after machine drying (I'm not a fan of 3/4 length); hanging promptly after a gentle drying let all the wrinkles fall out, it didn't need ironing. The fabric is stretchy enough and the cut roomy enough to make sitting cross-legged easy. It could be a wider and more full at the skirt bottom, but it still allows full, cross-legged sitting (I like yoga) while keeping a more narrow profile when standing. It is a relief to not be constrained from using such a natural sitting posture, as happens with too many long skirt designs. I am very happy and grateful to have this dress. One note, because the fabric is a blend, if you like to wear leggings or pants under the dress, they will need to be 100% cotton or there will be a catching effect between the skirt and leggings/pants. This is tough, because most leggings have at least some lycra-type synthetic in them. A good solution is 100% cotton scrub pants, as sold for medical workers. All-cotton solves the bunching and catching problem if you want to wear layers. It can't be even a small percent synthetic, somehow, synthetic-to-synthetic causes the tangling problem, I've had lots of experience with long skirts! The dress feels great with no leg coverings underneath at all, by the way. I'd love this in an all rayon or other natural fabric, but then the skirt needs widening at the bottom of the "bell". What makes this work for cross-legged sitting is the stretch in the fabric, but the fabric breathes well despite being a blend. It won't lay flat over the crossed legs, as a wider skirt bottom would, but it will still stretch and give comfortably, while coming back and looking great when you stand again.

Purchased dark green DEARCASE Women Long Sleeve Loose Plain Maxi Pockets Dresses to use for family and friends Christmas all day celebration 2018. Awesome dark green color. Love, love this dress. Wore large beautiful purple scaft to hide my braless nipples from slightly showing through bodice, fuzzy warm dark green gloves, gorgeous sexy black cotton and silk transparent lace socks available on Amazon and Chinese black Mary Jane flat shoes. Dress arrived within 2 days with Amazon prime in a bag very wrinkled. Used hand steamer all over dress and wrinkles gone ~ perfection. Am 5’6”, 36B bra size, 128 pounds. Size large fits perfectly tho the sleeves were a tiny bit long nothing serious. Roomy skirt portion and flows nicely. Pockets easy to access. Possibly would weigh down pocket and be noticeable if put a heavy cell phone but didn't try. Length reached over my ankle bone and cleared the floor. Material was lighter then thought it would be but comfortabe and not see though. Fall and winter this dress will not keep you warm outside, you need to wear a coat.

Beautiful wine colored floral dress for fall! Likes: 1. The material is well made but is on the thin side, which works for me since I run warm. 2. Fit and loose in all the right places. I like the empire drop waist, as it's tighter in the chest and arms but flowy and comfortable from the waist down. 3. It has POCKETS! 'Nuff said 4. Dress & sleeves are actually long enough for me! Probably would have to wear this with flats or a very low heel or it'd be too short. (I'm 5'-10" 210lbs and a full 40 D/38"waist/44"hips. I bought the XXL) Dislikes: 1. Since the material is thinner & I have a larger chest & broader back, the material does become stretched out & see-through. (Wish it was slightly thicker up top to avoid this issue). Definitely would recommend wearing an under tank AND a slip or spanx because it is see through when pulled taut to skin, even the flowy parts. Not really a deal breaker for me though. 2. For us taller, bigger ladies- The material is Rayon which is NOTORIOUS for majorly shrinking in the wash. I highly recommend washing this in cold water on gentle cycle & line dry only or you will shrink this up substantially. Other than that, I really love this dress and the way it fits me. I plan on buying a chunky tan/brown belt to draw in the waist even more. Will be getting this dress in a few other colors too!!

This dress is great, super comfy, very soft. Unless you are very tall you are going to want to hem it. I have it in green, red, and purple. The green fabric was a little sheer and as I washed it it became more sheer, to the point that I will not wear it outside of my house. The good news is that when it wears out as a dress it is fantastic to sleep in on cold winter nights
