I am a to do list lover and this has just the right amount of task spaces. I've had one before with the meal planning, exercise and water intake and though it was beautiful and helpful, I found myself writing more tasks in those places. So this is just right!

I bought a "Today" journal over a year ago that was 10X7 (looks exactly the same as this one), but this one is abou 8X5.5 (should have read the description) and seems too small since I'm used to the larger size. I think this is a very functional format and I've found it productive the past year. Unsure if I will keep the smaller size, as I tend to need to write longer to-do list items (i.e., won't fit in the smaller space).
