She's small for her size and doesn't like stuff around her neck, so instead of tying it, I safety pinned it to her shirt in several places and it worked great! I love that it also came with a headband! She didn't get to use the mask, as she wears glasses, but it's also really pretty. Got this for my sister's birthday and she absolutely loves it. She runs around flapping her arms for hours. The wings are big and drags on the floor which is cool too. However I do wish that the wings didn't tie around the neck, I wish it was a button or clasp of some sort.

This is fairly large for a child but my granddaughter is tall for her age of 6. I am actually displaying this in the pic & I’m about 5’6” so I am sure it will drag on the ground for her. Other reviewers commented correctly that the “shiny parts” are just the material design. So I went to a craft store & got an iridescence acrylic $2 paint & added touches to the cloth so it sparkles (maybe not to go into washing machine now but could easily hand washed).
