These were very good-looking mules. They fit perfect at a size 8. They were well made as all Dansco shoes are, BUT to me the footbed was like walking on wood. I couldn't wear them longer than 5 minutes. Such a shame. If they had a memory foam footbed that had memory foam, I would have kept them. I do have flat feet, so I need more comfy support than these provided. ... show more

I own a number of Danskos shoes and alway buy a 9. This mule in 9 is probably a 7, I couldn’t wear it and ended up returning them. Outside of sizing, it’s a good looking shoe.

    • Very Cute but Hurt Foot

I am a loyal fan of Dansko. I love their arch and roomie toe box without looking big in toe box. But the wood in these shows literally hurt foot on foot bed at upper part of my wood after first 1/2 day of wearing. I now limp on my right foot still from lingering pain of the wood. Seriously, I limp from pain on sole of my foot even without shoes and now am nervous to wear shoes. It’s terrible. Very life altering limp. Do not buy these shoes. The wood is too hard. It’s a shame, bc I genuinely purchased so many Dansko for many years in stores that were wonderful. ... show more

After I wore them the first time, the color rubbed off the toe area on the front of the shoe. Then I wore again and it got worse. I had to return them. It’s too bad because they were adorable and they fit so well I’m not sure why and how this happened but I have a lot of shoes similar, and it never happens to any of my other shoes. ... show more
