So comfortable and stylish in a weird sort of way. These boots are unusual for sure. They are great quality, have loads of room in the toe box and the soles are rigid - meaning they provide lots of support. I love them and have received lots of complements on them too.

I became a Dansko fan years ago when all of us at the barn started wearing the basic low shoes after taking our riding boots off. They were easy to slip on and very comfortable. The nicer looking Dansko shoes and boots are my go-to for fall, winter, and spring. These are especially comfortable because they have a side zipper AND are adjustable with the laces. When I travel I do a lot of walking, and these work great on grass, pavement, and cobblestones. There’s enough room in the toe box that my toes never rub in that area, and I just find them more comfortable than any other shoes. Don’t get me wrong, my Hokas are great if I’m exercising, but when I’m visiting museums, churches, and trying to grab meals in semi nice restaurants, I want to dress a little better. I usually wear these with black leggings or tights and a skirt, sometimes with jeans. They also hold up for years and have a classic look that doesn’t really go out of style. My daughter likes them too, so we have to try not to wear these exact same ones when we’re out together! :) These sort of remind me of my paddock boots that I ride in and could easily be used for that if I didn’t already have a pair. They’re a very classic style, and they’re comfortable straight out of the box. That makes them worth the money for me. ... show more

Love these boots, great arch support, have to wear thin socks (otherwise too tight) but I’ve been warm enough in these leather boots without any lining with thin socks this PNW winter. I wear 37 in Danskos and these fit consistently. I get compliments everytime I wear them. They go great with crop pants, leggings and dresses too:) ... show more

The style is casual and straightforward rather than refined or delicate, which simply didn’t suit me personally. For this reason alone, I decided to return them. I wanted a hard sole boot. I have severe arthritis and Im not supposed to bend my big toe. It's tight in the width, even after loosening the laces. The zipper doesn't help with getting it off, you still have to undo the laces as it's sewn tighter and the heel. The insoles are hard as a brick, and sewn in so you can't remove them. Gosh I love these boots! They fit just like a clog, but are warmer and so stylish! Like all Danskos, they have great arch support and are very comfortable to wear all day. And they are wearing very well - the sueded finish is shows almost no scuffs.

Love these- but did need a bit of a break in period. Otherwise they are so comfortable! Feel very stable in them, they look great with short or long pants. Haven’t worn with a dress yet. Very versatile footwear.
