Description

Karl is a traditional open-back clog that features a roomy, reinforced toe- box, an anatomically contoured PU midsole, an inner frame for stability and support, a generously padded instep collar, and an anti-fatigue rocker bottom that enhances forward motion while walking. Try Dansko's Karl clog for a comfortable and easy step. Your foot will slip right in to the open-backed design that features thick padding at the instep and a contoured insole with breathable arch support. P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Ahhhhh, Dansko. There you go again. Doing your all-day comfort thing. Making us feel so good on our feet. With excellent arch support and legendary comfort, you let us stand longer than ever. And with great styles in a range of heel heights, you have us feeling all tingly inside, just like the day we first met. When wife and husband team, Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup discovered the world's most comfortable shoe in a tiny shop in Denmark in 1990, they just had to bring some home for their friends. When their friends tried them on, they told their friends. And just like that, a shoe company was born. Now Dansko not only sells their original clogs, but also heels, boots, sandals, wedges and flats too! Every style features the Dansko DNA - materials and construction carefully selected to promote good foot, leg and back health, so that you can stand better, for longer. Say goodbye to choosing between looking good and feeling good. And say hello to having it all. See more

  • Great Shoe!
Size: 12.5-13 Color: Black Oiled
I cannot overstate how comfortable these shoes are. Once the perfect fit is found, they are amazing. The arch of the foot is well-supported, and pressure is taken off the lower back. I am an RN in an emergency department (on my feet all day) and I am so thankful coworkers convinced me to try them. My lower back consistently hurt after a 12 hour shift, but no longer. They run slightly on the small side (at least the open-back models), so order accordingly. ... show more

  • I know i just got them today but I have to aay I am impressed.
Size: 10.5-11 Color: Black Oiled
Just got these and when I put them on it was like WOW. To be honest in never cared for clogs/mules until now. They are very light do not pinch anywhere and walking in then is like nothing I have experienced and i wear minimalist shoes like FIT KICKS or Yoga shoes that have no insole. Wearing clogs and mules is similar to that I think but on an entirely different level. Tip when you order a pair get some sno-proff or Mink Oil and seal them and reseal after cleaning them with saddle soap. I have been doing that to all my boots and they are holding up very well after 25 years. And yes every guy needs to have a pair. ... show more

Size: 13.5-14 Color: Black Box
Quality as expected but wrong size so I had to exchange these.

  • Size is two size smaller than US size
Size: 12.5-13 Color: Black Box
Item is good and solid but sizing is not even Europe size. I ware 44 in Europe size and I need 12.5-13 in US size. My US size is 11.5. Make sure you are ordering at least one or two size bigger than your US size.

  • MS3 and the dogs were howling
Size: 10.5-11 Color: Antique Brown/Black
Medical student in third year rotations, and I was tired of my feet hurting. Between rounds, OR time, clinic, I was in my feet non-stop. I’ve always worn boots, OnCoulds, and recently, Hokas. The OnClouds and Hokas are great but the foam just isn’t designed to stand up to long lengths of time in your feet, and because it’s not very dense, it gives out too quickly. I’ve always thought these clogs were pretty ugly, but I was to the point I didn’t care. Honestly instant love. They footbed is dense and heavy, which initially seems like it may be uncomfortable, but as you wear them they soften some but still provide incredible support. I’m sold. This review was NOT sponsored and I paid full price for my Danskos. ... show more

  • Manufacturer's sizing problems? Seller is aware of it
my shoes were purchased new from the primary supplier listed on Amazon (when you click on 'Add to Cart', those are the people i dealt with. if you click on 'Used' and hunt for a bargain you are dealing with Amazon resellers) the following one line email message was sent to me this morning : "We apologize about the sizing charts made by the manufacture [sic], As a seller, We want to fix this problem and see what we can do to change your opinion on this one star review. Please advise us and let us know" my public reply follows : ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- while i am glad to hear that you "want to fix this problem", an apology does nothing to address the situation for current, and future, customers there is one obvious step that could be proactively taken until this sizing problem is corrected -- post sizing information on Amazon which corresponds to the goods being shipped, thereby allowing customers to select the correct size you are aware of the fact that the manufacturer is shipping merchandise not conforming to international shoe size measurement standards, and yet are still accepting orders and allowing shipments to proceed ... that is unconscionable. this course of non-action is guaranteed to create dissatisfied customers since ~90% of customers will never complain, my less than complimentary statements will have to remain as a warning to others who are unaware of such disregard for their podiatric well-being. speaking of which, is your firm insured against medical claims? the manufacturer must be, right ? if the time required were available to me my personal preference would be to simply file a class action lawsuit in closing allow me to assure any interested party that redaction of my accurate comments is not for sale : if you are worried about your sales i suggest you * take action * to remedy the situation ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- you, dear Amazon customer, have been warned. the manufacturer has nothing to do with the Amazon retail listing ; they are simply not sizing their shoes correctly . . [edit] now the company is sending me emails telling me to remove this review because the manufacturer in China . is causing the size problem ... if they worked on customer satisfaction rather than harassing customers and . trying to control feedback they might get somewhere ! sadly, even their coercion falls short and finger pointing . resolves nothing . ... show more

  • You can’t go wrong with this shoes
Size: 9.5-10 Color: Black Box
These shoes are great! This is my third pair and still love them. Very comfortable to wear them. Now I don’t walk a lot with them but I I’m standing for several hours on them without issues.

  • Bad craftsmanship, will not last
Size: 12.5-13 Color: Black Oiled
As a chef I am on my feet 16hrs a day 6 days a week. I bought these in late December 2014. I wore them for a little under a month. They are very comfortable and I can spend all day on my feet, however, the craftsmanship is terrible. After a month-ONE MONTH- of use, the staples started pulling out from the sides. See attached pictures. The soles are almost brand to show how little they were worn. Don't get me wrong, the shoe is more comfortable than Birkenstocks for me, but they don't last. I wanted to write this review months ago, but only now got around to it. I buy new chef shoes once a year so I didn't expect these to last forever, I just wasn't expecting to pay a premium price for a sub par product. It could be that the pair I received was a lemon, who knows. Hopefully their customer service can fix the situation. I do not recommend these for any chefs, unless you are willing to buy a new pair of these every month. ... show more
