Every woman needs a pair of red shoes. These are so cute and comfortable. They do run large so I did send the first pair back. I wanted them to work so bad that I ordered a smaller size and they fit just fine. I normally wear a 9 or 41. The pair that worked were 8 or 38.

Beautiful but runs VERY large. I have a wide range of Dansko styles mostly size 37 but occasionally a 36 or 38. So, based on other reviews I ordered one size down, 36. I so wanted this shoe to fit because it is cute, comfortable and I love the lightness and support of the cork bottom. However, even the 36 is HUGE on me. I have a normal to slightly narrow foot and wear a US 6-1/2, EU 37, normal Med width. I would need to go down at least 2 sizes in this shoe. I wish Dansko would go back to the sizing model they used for the last 30 years.

I love the look and quality of these shoes -- the height is right for long pants, without being a platform that will twist my ankle. The leather is real, and I'm not wearing plastic on my footbed. I feel like a grownup who bought something nice for herself! Unfortunately, if I walk too fast in these shoes, the velcro comes undone while I'm walking. It catches itself, but then it's an inch looser than I'd like and the shoe flops a little.. The on-off speed of velcro is a nice idea, but I'd rather take the time to deal with a real buckle that works. It's not a dealbreaker -- they're still my go to shoes this summer, but Dankso, can you work on this design?

The media could not be loaded. I love Dansko shoes; they are so comfortable and long wearing, and these are no exception. I wore these on a recent trip where I wore them everyday walking about 5 miles a day for a week. My feet never hurt from the shoes. Thats saying a lot about the craftsmanship of Dansko shoes. I am giving only 3 stars for the finish of the leather: burnished suede. The finish distracts from the beauty of the shoe, giving a damaged appearance. I’ve had several people ask me “what happened to your shoes?”. I am disappointed in this feature and wish I had waited for the smooth leather to come back in stock.

I wear these shoes most daily. All colors are good. My favorite is black. I have a narrow foot and need the Mary Jane Style. The heel height is perfect for a higher instep. The look is simple and timeless. The 38/39 EU size fits me perfectly. There is even enough depth in the heel cup so that I can wear comfortably weara lift in one shoe for a disparity of 1/2 inch length of my legs. I wear through at least four pairs of the black every year because of the amount of walking I do on city streets. I have never found another shoe that is so comfortable, well made, and reliable. Dansko, please continue to make these shoes.

Way too big! These were so cute and exactly what I wanted. I've worn the dansko clogs for years in a 36. These were not a 36. And unfortunately there isn't anything smaller. What happened dansko???

Why did you pick this product vs others?: As a longtime Dansko fan, I knew these would be comfortable and was not disappointed! These shoes are so light and comfy and perfect for travel when you want to reduce the number of shoes to pack. While they take up a little more space, I was able to stuff them with socks or other small items. (The key is packing them in separate shoe bags vs together in one shoe bag). I was able to dress them up (a little bit!) and down for 2 weeks in Europe, and they were great on days when we even walked over 15k steps. NOTE: I did spray them with weatherproof protection, and luckily did not need to worry as it was dry on the days I wore them. True to my normal Dansko size.
