Super cute with great fit. I ordered the taupe and like that it will go with many different outfits. Lucia is well made. I like the firm support with the leather foot bed liner of the Lucia (rather than the memory foam on the flexible, and squishy footbed of the Sophie sandal - my toes squish together in the Sophie sandal - just like with Clark brand sandals - which damaged a joint in the ball of my foot. At only 115# it isn't that I am too heavy for that type of shoe when putting my weight on the ball of my foot in the shoe - it is the design of the footbed.) I ordered the 5.5-6/36 US/Euro size and it fits perfect. The next size up, as suggested, would be too large and sloppy for bare feet - which is how I plan to wear them. With socks they would be too tight and I would need to go to the next size. I also wear the 5.5-6 with other Dansko shoes (clogs and boots and wear socks with them) so I feel that the Lucia sandals were designed and intended to be worn as a closed-toe sandal. You may want to keep that in mind if you plan to wear socks. They are a "rocker" style that doesn't bend. The "rock" has a little tiny wobble for me...I think it is my gait or the rubber non-slip pads on the bottom of the shoe - but that doesn't bother me since I don't plan to go hiking with them. ... show more

I love this shoe (style, fit, comfort) and intend to keep it however, it should be noted that the color is very different from what is pictured. I ordered the color "Denim", which in the Amazon photo appears to be a mid-range smoky blue microsuede finish. The actual shoe I received is a dark navy, almost black color, smooth finish. I confirmed with the product numbers inside the shoe that it is the correct "Denim" color and not an incorrect product in the box. ... show more

Perfect fit right out of the box. I am highly prone to blisters and have suffered no discomfort when wearing these. I even wore them at an all-day work conference where I did a lot of walking. I bought the black and they are great—durable and versatile. Beware that the “Denim” color is quite dark. I expected it to be lighter blue but it’s navy or even indigo.
