This thing is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The angle is also far too aggressive. In an attempt break down the foam and hopefully soften the dang thing for human use we put it under some …weight - which had zero effect. Way too hard and a bit too high. It’s not useable on your back because it elevates your hips so much that there’s no support for the mid-back putting all your weight on your tailbone/hips. Somewhat usable on your front, but it’s so firm it’s almost like laying on cardboard. I’ve tried laying a blanket over for some cushion but it’ll that makes it all the larger and I feel it’s already too large (and I’m tall). This pillow didn't work at all. It's extremely hard and very difficult to use. My back hurt after trying it, and I'm on the shorter side and my husband is on the taller side, so it made it very difficult . Don't waste your money since you can't return it.
