Helps with the height difference immensely, unfortunately the large height difference is still an issue for this sized pillow. A little larger would be nice/steeper.

The pillow while constructed well is not made with memory foam. The one we got is as hard as a brick. It is also a bit tall for shorter people and since the liner is not very flexible it is a complete fail. More expensive waste going to the landfill.
