I am 175 lbs, 5’3 and the medium fit perfectly! If you have thicker thighs like me, it’s perfect! The pants have a stretchy back band which helps me tighten them as my waist is a lot smaller in comparison to my hips. True to size. I have a lot of free range of motion, and they don’t heat up.
