There’s plenty of reviews about the size so I’ll add another one! I am normally a small in scrub sets. Since this is unisex, I decided to size down. The top was still big (which I’ve found is common in scrub sets) which is fine. The decision to size down was more so based on my legs. The pants fit comfortably snug meaning they give my legs a slight hug but there is still space. Now would I be okay if I didn’t size down? Yeah. Is it too small? No. So I guess you can decide whether you want to size down based on how comfortable you are in different fitting styles.

In 13 years, I've never had such comfortable uniforms. These are like wearing comfy lounge wear. When you move, bend, sit or squat, the uniform moves with you. Nice stretch and NO BUTT CRACK when you bend over! I bought every color in this fabric. The price is unbelievable for such comfort.

I love these scrubs except for 1 thing. I’m a bigger breasted woman so I need to get a 2x top. Since these are sets I get the 2x pants too. They are great except for the crotch being long on me. I’m not sure if it’s just cause I really should have a 1x or if this is on everyone. I end up turning over the waistband so that they fit correctly. I like the sets so much that I’m actually willing to do this every time I wear it. They are just the right amount of weight. Not to thin, not too thick. A nice fit overall and good quality for the price. I have 2 sets.

I read reviews that said the pants generally fit ok but the top might be a little small and I disagree....I sized up and regret it...the material is nice, soft no odour but it ended up being way too big. Stick to your usual size and if your not big chested then you can maybe even size down
