This is my favorite purchase ever made for work wear and I've been a nurse for over 30 years. Those thin scrub jackets never did anything for me to stay warm. This is very soft. It's lightweight but still keeps me warm working night shift. I've washed it multiple times and it still looks brand new and had no shrinking. I got the XL. I'm 5'9" and have worn it while 196lbs to now 186lbs and it looks great.
