These tumblers took sublimation ink very well! The finish is smooth, glossy, and flawless. They arrived nicely packaged. Each tumbler contained a shrink wrap sleeve stored safely inside. The tumbler was snuggled into a protective bag and each in its own gift box. The main box with all of the boxed tumblers was packed well. Original post: 2 stars due to missing parts. I ordered this particular set of tumblers because the picture clearly shows the rubber bottoms that keep them from slipping. Unfortunately, they were not included in the package. I've requested a replacement and will post an update when I receive them. Updated to 4 stars due to original missing pieces. The replacements arrived in 2 days and had all the parts. Sublimated one for my niece and she loved it. Tumbler size is good for use in Cricut mug press if you flip it and it is comfortable to hold.
