Labeled as cutaway. Package description does state it can tear one direction. What I received tears very easily both directions and has the papery feel more like tearaway than cutaway. I have been embroidering for 15+ years never met a cutaway that tears easily - if it will at all or one that feel paper-like. Unfortunately won't work for wearables in my opinion. ... show more
