I ordered two custom banners online, the ordering process was easy, I uploaded a few images and added text. The text box did not offer any choice of fonts so I ask in the comments box for a specific style of font and DOT4DOT obliged my request and nailed it! I received a text within 24 hours telling me one of my orders included an uploaded image that was low resolution and asking me if I had a better image, I text back asking for an email address to send additional images and again within 24 hours received a reply with an email option which I used. I did not receive any other correspondence and was left wondering if my order was being processed and if my additional images were usable. Four days after submitting the online order my banners arrived and they are perfect. The banners look great, very clean and clear printing on what I would consider a medium weight vinyl. I asked for extra grommets and DOT4DOT added them. The fonts are exactly what I wanted and both banners have the same font, creating brand continuity. The banners appear well made and look like they will hold up to outdoor use. I would defiantly recommend DOT4DOT for a quality product and quick turn around. I have not used the banners yet so longevity is yet to be determined. I do wish DOT4DOT would have informed me whether or not my additional images were of sufficient resolution and that my order was indeed being processed. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product. Not only the thickness of the banner, but the print job was phenomenal. The image was clear, the colors were vibrant and image was exactly as I had expected. It was also printed at the perfect size to be seen easily from afar. And the grommets held up well.
