I bought this for my mom's ashes. She always loved cardinals & I was raised believing that when you saw a cardinal, it meant an angel was nearby. Shortly after she passed, I saw two cardinals in my yard- both looked female one slightly smaller than the other. I believe it was my mom and my baby who we lost 9 weeks into the pregnancy. This urn is absolutely beautiful, I am very happy with my purchase.
