I could not be happier with this product. It looks fantastic. Their work is very professional. Considering this is a custom job, they also completed it very quickly. It was made in the USA (where I live), so it wasn't shipped across the planet (I'm talking about you, China). Considering this is printing on fabric, the print quality is very good. It is made of heavy fabric, making it strong, but that might leave creases if you leave it stored folded up for long periods. The colors are bright, the whites are brilliant, and the blacks are dark. Here's my advice on making sure you get a good final product: Use good quality artwork; vector (SVG, EPS) graphics do much better than raster (JPG, PNG) graphics. If you don't understand what this means, you should find out before you upload artwork. Remember that is this printed on fabric. It is crisp at a distance. Up close, it gets a little fuzzy. We put graphics on the front as well as on the top. The front grabs attention with large graphics; the white text on the front is 96 pt. The top is informational with logos, text, and QR codes. On the top, I used 24 pt. font (in the photo, the white "& Science Fiction" text is 24 pt). I would not recommend going any smaller, but you can get away with it. My QR codes are 2" x 2"; depending on the complexity of the QR code, I would not make QR codes smaller than this. I put a 3" x 3" post-it note in the photo for scale. As you can see, the upper QR is fine. The lower-right QR code is a little fuzzy, but reading it worked fine with my phone. I have not washed it, nor used it outside, so I cannot comment to color retention in those condititions. I bought a cardboard art tube to store it rolled instead of folded. I recommend this product with no reservations.

The ink bled and it looks like someone wiped their dirty fingers on it. Wanted to use on my head table at my wedding in 2 weeks but I’m afraid this would look tacky now. Can’t return so I’m just out my money.

Super fast delivery and great value for money. But you get what you pay for. Color is my vibrant at all. Rope to pull down the flag right instead of a hook and bungee. Material is cheap and thin and see through. 4 stars because of very quick turn around and design process. But colors and materials are not the best and probably should be a 2.5- 3 stars. I would buy again for a quick turn around

Banner was delivered in a timely manner, and the quality for the cost is okay. However....I can only give it a 3 because there are some issues. It is usable, but durability cannot yet be rated. 1) the cassette has 2 dents and was bent in. I was able to pull it out enough to insert the pole but there is still minor damage 2) there is a slice in one side; minor but as it is rolled in/out of the cassette it may enlarge. 3) There is a long wrinkle in the middle of the banner...it is material so I do not know if it will smooth with time or it is permanent 4) material carry case came with a 4" rip in one of the seams. The color and printing of words and images is good. I was a bit disappointed that it cannot be put in front of a window or you cannot read because the light coming through washes it out. Next time I'll go with vinyl and maybe that will not be a problem.
