I ordered a custom size since i had a home made bench to use it with. i did not get any tie-downs or straps as the bench did not have anywhere to attach them to. the cushion came pretty quickly and was exactly as i ordered and fit well. only concern is they shipped it folded instead of rolled and the package was stuffed into my mailbox taking up all the room. Also because it was folded it has a crease in the middle of it that is took its time to come out. However, that did not impair the useability of it and is a minor concern at best. The cushion is quite comfy and well made. I leave it outside full time and only put it under the roof overhang when it rains to keep it from getting saturated. The cushion comes in a variety of options and being able to do a custom size is handy for those odd sized uses. Mine was 36"x24". I plan to order another when i can afford it for the back of the bench from this seller. Will definitely do business with again!

Bought this for a window seat. The size is perfect. The color is what we expected. Soft material and thickness is nice. We have had it for several weeks and it still hasn’t completely flattened out even though we have set heavy items on it. The piping is nice but a little unaligned though that may settle into place eventually. Overall very happy with how it looks and functions and fills the space and adds beauty and comfort to the window.

This is a great quality product. It is for a window seat that is 110 inches by 19 inches. I ordered two 55x19 cushions. The fit is perfect. The cushions come folded and looks like they will take a few days for the crease in the middle to fall out. At worst the cover will need to be removed and steamed. No big deal. The material is very tough, this is my dogs preferred seat, so very happy with the tight weave of the material. I ordered dark grey, it is very dark, the color shown in the order pic is much lighter. I believe that I would have preferred the light grey. Is there any way I can order just the light grey cover from you without the cushion, so I can have a second pair of covers? Dark grey for doggie mud season and light grey for other seasons, plus makes washing easier when you have a spare. Hope owners see this question as I could not find a place to contact them directly with my question.

This manufacturer gave me the only solution to my strangely wide and long L-shaped outdoor pew benches! It was either spend a little bit less and get random cushions that don't actually fit or spend a little more and get EXACTLY what I was looking for!! :D EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE - I recommend the 3'' thickness for young and old bottoms :) COFFEE COLOR - great for hiding traces of little dirty footprints ;) CUSTOM FIT - the exact fit for my strange furniture- now it looks and feels so normal! Have eaten outside three times since purchasing--more than I usually use in a year!!
