I ordered this banned for my senior daughter’s last state high school wrestling tournament. I ordered it 3 week before the tournament to ensure it would arrive on time. It delivered in 3 days. I paid for an expedited delivery because the estimated date of delivery was the first day of the tournament and I wanted to make sure it was here before that date. There was a mix up with FedEx and they delivered it to the wrong house. That isn’t the sellers fault but I did contact them and request a new one be sent to me ASAP so I’d have it for the tournament. I paid for it to arrive before the tournament and I was devastated it went to the wrong place. The seller was willing to make a new one and send it out the next day to arrive in 3 more days after confirming my address. The address was correct the first time, but the FedEx driver made the mistake of delivering to the wrong house. There was a picture of where they left it on the fed ex page and I knew it was not my house immediately because the picture had a fence and I don’t have a fence. I was able to find the package through friends and picked it up that night. When I pulled it out of the box, I was blown away. It was absolutely perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I let the seller know it had been found and not to send the second one. I’m very impressed with the service I received. It wasn’t their fault it was delivered to the wrong place but the seller was willing to replace it, no questions asked. The quality of the banner is great as well. It’s thick and durable. It won’t be hung outside but if I did, I think it could withstand the winds that we get around here. (50-60 mph winds). Thank you so much to this seller for the stellar work on the banner and the incredible customer service! I will share this specific seller will everyone I know that wants something they offer. I'm a librarian, and I customized this sign for my summer reading program. I displayed it for two months (June and July) at a busy intersection in our little town, and I live in the south, where the summers are brutal, but the weather didn't affect it at all. After two months, the lettering was still bright and vivid and, the material wasn't damaged in any way. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I was looking to have a banner printed (3' x 10') for a party. Local prices were so expensive and it would've taken too long (over a week) to have it done. I contacted this seller, and she was so amazing. I told her when the party was (it was a week away), sent her the design, paid for expedited shipping, and it got to me days early!! It's sturdy material and looks fantastic! She was communicative and SO helpful. (Also, you can email your own design, or design on the Amazon site which is very user friendly.) First of all, I have to say that this seller was ON TOP OF IT! I ordered 3 4x6 banners on Tuesday (which was a holiday!) with expedited shipping. I received a message on Wednesday that confirmed they could meet the delivery date I needed. It shipped that day and was delivered Thursday. Wow! They exceeded my expectations. Second of all the quality is amazing! They are vibrant and crisp and thick. We used these to make the Minecraft world our daughter designed come to life for her birthday. It turned out beautifully!
