Edit: The company reached out to me to make this right. They refunded my money and replaced the shoes. So generous! I truly think this is a one off. All other shoes by this brand have been wonderful! Customer service is amazing!!! These shoes are adorable and so comfortable. However, after only 1 wear they have begun to fall apart. I can’t return on Amazon due to having wore them. I get tons of compliments on these. The material quality is good. I am a teacher and walk all day. I bought them because they were supposedly comfortable. They hurt my feet so badly. They would be great to run to the store in, but not for all day walking.
