It is stretchy around the bra line but the waist has no give. Measure accordingly. The fabric was very very nice thick satin and looks well made and high quality. I fabric was a big hot but not bad. This is a beautiful dress and looks way more expensive than it is. The medium is a tad big, so I just ordered the small to see if it's a better fit. If it's too small, the medium is wearable. It's possible that I'll be in between sizes. Either way, it is shiny, the pleats are elegant, and it would be perfect for the all black attire wedding I have next weekend. It’s a beautiful dress. I’m 4’11” though and it’s sits almost to the floor lol I guess it’s ok with tall enough heels. It has a nice satin feel and weight to it. Doesn’t feel cheap at all. I feel it’s worth the money. Adjustable straps. I only returned it because I found a dress at the mall and I liked it better for the occasion. (Wedding) I was hesitant on what sizing to get. 5ft 5in female 187lbs 40c _ 47in hips Fits well. Longer than expected like 3 in just above my ankle, i was expecting it to be like mid calf or below the knee but its too long. My number one problem was the zipper. The dress fit very comfortable with an inch to spare on my torso upper back but the dammn zipper would not go up where the split from the skirt to the top happens. Returning because of zipper/structure is trash. Husband whos VERY strong was trying to help nd nothing was gona bring this zipper up so i wouldn't recommend..if you want to try this dress my sizes will fit you comfortably ... show more

Obsessed with this dress! I wish I would have taken a full frontal photo but so many compliments on the color and style. The adjustable straps are perfect and so is the color. The hole in the front did cause a little problem with my slimming shapers but I folded them down a little and it worked. I recently lost weight so I ordered both Medium and Large. Both fit but I like the large not being so tight and “small” on my chest. I am not one that likes my chest to pop out so the larger size covered them up enough to feel elegant but still sexy! I wore it on a cruise and the dress did not wrinkle. Planning to order 1-2 more colors!
